Drills/Gadgets to stop casting/arm bar

Have several girls on our 12u Allstar team that are bad about casting and straightening up the lead arm extremely early in their swing. Looking for some drills and/or gadgets that are productive at changing this.

It boils down to hitters trying to use the arms instead of the hands. The hands are not active from the start. Their in limbo as the lead arm (front side) stretches.

Arms are the enemy. As you can see they greatly effect the swings I posted.

First thing is to use the hands to TTB. The arms are fused to the torso to support the hands.

I have a small ball half the size of basket ball and a swing aid that connects both arms. I need to look at it, not sure of the name.
