Gosh, forgot about those monsters! Personally, I can go either way with the music. If it enables the girls to have a more enjoyable experience, I'm all for it. If it's a distraction, then no. If it's a hassle, then I delegate!

I cannot tell a lie, at one of my training last year was telling the girls how if they do a music compilation I could organised a boom box. Finished the sentence girls are looking at me oddly and the coach, manager and scorer are killing themselves. I had my "I'M OLD!!!!!!' momenet
