Do any college teams employ lipreaders to see what the opposition is saying?

I ask because as I watch the replay of Syr vs Pitt, I see the catcher hiding her mouth with her glove while leaving the field and talking to the pitcher (with her back turned to the Pitt dugout) after getting 3 outs and I laughed at the thought that Pitt would have a lipreader trying to decipher her conversation.
