Anyone send the videos on timing? Thoughts

I think mechanically his stuff is pretty old school and nothing special but he has a few nice drills for the lower body in his batspeed series video.

Basically his teaching is all lower body, for the upper half he teaches just seperate and then swing not really saying a lot how.
