Users can delete their posts if they do not initiate a thread. Posts that initiate a thread can be 'edited'.

Hopefully one of the guys can link to the hitting sequence thread.

It's not one thing it's just lots of little things that add up. It starts with the hands coming forward before toe touch, a flat swing with bat drag, locking out of the front arm, weight leaning all the way back.

But you have to start at the beginning to make sure everything gets timed up correctly.

She looks like the weight is staying back and she is getting stiff front legged early in the swing.
Needs a weight balanced step out, and swing sequence adjustment.

Bat drag and a long swing.

Don't drop the hands.

The old gate swing.

Then work on correct weight shift.
