She casually leans into her motion rather than exploding. I would have her increase her intensity in the initial drive. I know that can be difficult pitching indoors on on a flat surface.
She looks very good, good job to you.

She could go after it a little more as sjsss says. Would like to see her actually push off a mound to see if that changes. Back foot drag is on side of foot. Tell her to keep her heel up. It's healthier on the knee, hip, and back. A little flex is ok with the front leg as long as your momentum into it straightens it out. Be careful telling her to just straighten it so she doesnt just lock it out. Locking out the front leg is not healthy either. She looks pretty good though. Smooth and relaxed is good!
