CF4 ASA approved or not?

Another team parent was saying that the DeMarini CF4 is banned from ASA competition. ASA website mentions the ASA 2004 stamp, which dd's bat has. I can't find anything about it being banned, but I can't find it on the ASA approved list, either -- I see CF3 and CF5, but not CF4. What's the deal?

Here is the link to the ASA list of Demarini bats that are approved. The CF4 are there, about 3/4 of the way down the list.
