Hi Team !

Do many manufacturers actually make their FP bats stronger then the SP models ? We play a lot of mens FP and are destroying slow pitch COMBats. We believe its the speed the pitch is arriving ( some 70mph ) and been smashed by a grown man. Does anybody know if there is greater durability in the FP line of bats from any manufacturers.

We are hitting .47 / 375 worth KMASTERS or .47 /375 Mizumo 150

Any techie help appreciated. Thanks guys !

First of all, Combats SP bats aren't durable if not treated exactly how they are meant for. Nothing awesome if you are breaking them. I have had Combats fail in less than 20 swings used correctly. They have never cured their durability issues as a whole.

Second...SP bats aren't made for hard balls anymore. They are made for the 52/300 or 52/275. Not a 47/375 being thrown harder in.

Are you playing ASA bats?

If you aren't playing Utrip try to get one of the older model synergys, they are tanks.

A lot of the older model bats would be ideal if your playing ASA and not worried about USSSA. The older Worth mayhems are gtg, certain Miken Freak models (including the exclusive models that are just repainted), you already mentioned some of the synergy bats...too many bats too list that would be ideal for this type play.
