Banded separation drill

Saw a reference to “banded separation drill” by Coach Lisle.

I could not find any reference to it here- (that usually happens because everyone strives to have their own terminology...)

I don’t see that as separation. Separation to me is when the hips stretch reflex against a closed upper half. When the lower and upper disassociate. Just how I see it.

I don’t know if the drill I posted is what Coach Lisle is talking about. He said he’s adding to the vault in January, was trying to get a jump on it.
