She did some live hitting today. Today's the 1st day we worked on separation. So, that's a work in progress.

More video of live pitching....the 1st hit is on a low outside pitch. The 2nd hit, she mis-timed the pitcher's motion but still made a solid hit.

I believe Do-Over has been trying to get you to open up and explain what you have been working on.

Not a bad approach.

Not that your daughter has been working on the above drill, but she does seem to be a bit messed up. You likely recognize that, and hence your posts. So, what is it that your daughter has been working on?
