Anyone seen a pitch faster?

I was watching NPF on CBS sports last night and the Dallas Charge brought Vanessa Stokes in as relief. She is an amazing pitcher her pitches went from a 70+mph rise ball to a high 40mph change up. Here is a video of her fastest pitch clocked at 73 mph. Anyone seen a pitch faster?

I was thinking of this exactly....
If I'm not mistaken, Monica holds the world record for women's fastpitch in speed. 77mph to be exact. That's pure gas from 36 feet (minus her enormous stride).... my math puts that in the 105mph range in terms of reaction time when compared to baseball

What a strange article. At the bottom it says that Nolan Ryan has the fastest baseball pitch ever recorded, but as a Reds fan I know for a fact that Rob Dibble routinely threw 101 back in 1990, and Aroldis Chapman has been throwing 105mph. And what about Randy Johnson? Pretty sure he threw it 102.

Ivey Renfroe and Chelsea Thomas both could get it to 72-73 their senior years in college.

I would really be skeptical of most of these numbers. When a girl that you KNOW does not even throw 64-65 is hitting 66 at the WCWS then someone is messing with the gun. Sure these girls are throwing pretty fast but ESPN really fudges the numbers, for ratings I suppose.
