I would take Keely Rochard over almost all of those TOP 8. a 65 true rise.

A 70-mph fastball (because that's what most of these are) is hard as hell to hit and there's no reason to name it a rise ball because they throw it in an upward direction is what I learned from this.

Also, we can't trust the ESPN guns so while the overall point is valid, I'm not willing to buy that 70 mph is the actual cutoff.

Mehhhh didnt get much from his comments.
Except that he commented the faster you throw the more options you have to throw slower.
Sooo its a reminder,
learn to mix it up!
