Since I sent a PayPal, I am the 12U coach.

I only want skilled players under 5’ and less then 80lbs.

Anyone who joins is GUARENTEED batting 3rd and ½ the circle time.

will the team be playing ALL the big national showcases in addition to ASA Nationals, Premier Nationals, NSA Nationals, PONY Nationals, TC Nationals, USFA Nationals and any other recognizable org - in all could we expect 200+ games in the spring of 2014?

The DFP Diamond Elite will not be held hostage by any single organizing body. By my calculations, 24 hours in a day accomodates 16 1.5 hr games. Spring is 90 days long x 16 games/day = 1440 possible games. Given this, If your DD pitches, I'd suggest that you recruit 1 other pitcher to tend to the circle when your DD has to take a break to eat, sleep, or pee.

I would like to know your hitting philosophy before DD considers trying out.

The selection of hitting and pitching coaches will be at the discretion of the individual team coaching staffs. As an org, the DFP Diamond Elite will track team and individual statistics closely and terminate those hitting and pitching coaches that can not teach our DDs to perform at D1 or better performance levels.

Ok, I want the 14u team. I want them still dependent on the parents for transportation, and before the boyfriend era.

This is what I need.
1) A bullpen of all LHP's
2) A LHC and RHC with pop times below 1.8
3) First base should have a glove like Velcro
4) SS needs to be 5'10 or better, and quick like a snake
5) Third should have a 65+ overhand with bullseye accuracy
6) OF needs to be as nimble as a cat, and track balls like a bloodhound
7) Lead off slapper, under 2.6 time to 1b
8) 2 bunters who can place the ball in a coffee can zone
9) 4 batters who can knock the cover off the ball
10) 2 solid contact hitters who get OB
11) 1 AC who really knows what he's doing
12) 1 AC who can run to the concession stand in 60 seconds or less
13) 1 grand-dad to run the radar gun
14) 1 team mom to handle all the feminine situations
15) 20 parents to keep yelling "great job coach"
16) Sluggers to handle all our political/legal needs that might arise

Welcome Head Coach GD of the DFP Diamond Elite - GoingDeep. I do believe its wise to identify your team needs as specificaly as possible prior to tryouts so that your valuable time is not wasted. Given that, to achieve your desired team make up the DFP Diamond Elite suggest that you add as 17) An accomplished birth certificate forger with no prior jail time.

I trust face masks will be optional(1 poke ain't bad)? I must stretch my daughter before games, nobody else does it right. Will I have the ability to call pitches from the stands, I know batters? I must have the freedom to scream my critiques from the stands, my voice seems to calm her when she is nervous. And her HS coach said practice starts Feb. 19, she will have to run 10 poles for every day of practice missed. So can she leave early if you're still playing?

Never gets old, I think he is using a timing gun for a car. She is 6 degrees BTDC, 6 degrees is preferred for optimum speed!
