B,

Been so busy with other junk and I've been meaning to respond to your email. L is performing a very noticeable compensatory move to overcome her stride.

Think of a triangle (2-dimensional) placed on the floor. You're asking for her to finish like an acute triangle... even though she's performing a motion that is making her an obtuse triangle. Meaning... her base is so damn wide... she's making the postural correction with her posting leg... which is insane. She's literally jumping backwards in an effort to get stacked.

She is so leg locked from the extremely wide base... that she cannot take a step forward with her right leg until she takes a step backwards with her left.

So the fix is to have her perform a bunch of pitches where she can comfortably walk out of the pitch. Not that she has to walk out of it... but she needs to stride into a position where she can walk out of it.

Know what I mean?

Consequently... her front side timing is poor in the game video you sent me.
