2015 Easton Mako vs 2014 Easton Mako

Looking to get DD a new Easton bat. Is the 2015 Easton Mako FP15MK any good or is it like the 2013 Easton (black and yellow bats)? She currently has the 2014 Easton Mako FP14MK (33/23) and I can't find that size anywhere. She loves this bat. Everything I've read said the 2015 Mako FP15MK is basically the 2014 Mako FP14MK with a new paint scheme. The question comes up about the bat because I didn't see very many girls that played college ball for teams that were sponsored by Easton (Alabama, Florida, UCLA etc) using the 2015 Mako; they all used the older Stealths. So I assumed (yes I know what that means) if it wasn't a good enough bat for them to use is it really a good bat. DD plays competitive travel ball and I haven't seen too many of the 2015 Mako's being used. So, with all that said, IS the 2015 Mako FP15MK just as good as the 2014 Mako FP14MK (hot out of wrapper, pop, etc)?

If there is a difference between the bats, what are they?

They are the same, in fact we used both last night and could see no difference between the two. College players will use bats that are more broken in...

Also keep in mind that the Mako's take a while to break in.

If you were in college and had access to an older Stealth why would you even pick up a Mako?

Look on Ebay.. we picked up a Torq for $180 new in May..
The bat is incredible.. and we live near Longstreths in PA where you can swing any bat before buying... The Torq is great...
