Only thing illegal about this pitch is her back foot is not on the rubber. Her drag foot is maintaining contact with the ground all the way thru.

It's illegal, if coaching against a pitcher with mechanics like that I'm protesting every pitch. Even if the blue is clueless its still going to get in to the pitchers head.

Well I can tell you that the crowhop is significantly smaller, but appears by radar velocity is down as well.
