Go back and watch the side vid you recently posted. Does she:

1) Have the palm facing the catcher at 12?
2) Have palm up at 9?
3) lead with the pinky into release (8 on)?
4) finish with palm-down?

I'd answer no on each one of these. When you can ABSOLUTELY answer yes... no sorta or maybe's.... she'll have more whip.

Now I know what to look for. I was hoping you would find the post and comment, JS.
In looking back the ball is facing the catcher right before 12 then she loses the whip between there and 9. By 9 the ball is facing third. It stays there until just before release where she loses more whip. She begins turning around 7. Then the palm isn't down after release.

Ken, I completely understand the loosening of the arm. Her PC has been focusing on that but assures me it comes with time. She tends to be a little roboic when we introduce change. I always look forward to your comments if you have more time to look into the pitch more.

Jj, great looking pitcher there. Thanks for the model.

Thank you all for the posts! I will work with her for a couple more months and post an update later. IN the mean time i will keep reading posts.

Thank you all!
