I'm not an expert so keep that in mind. If you over-bake that corner, you'll produce spinners that will strike out at a high rate and who can not adjust to that outside pitch. My opinion and roughly $7.50 cent will get you and extra value meal at McDonalds so keep that in mind.

I never considered Bonds to be a spinner. Someone has the clip of Bonds with the red line drawn through his backside. When his front foot lands, his front hip is, "in the way" and his back hip is loaded.

When you mention over-bake - are you talking about over rotation with the shoulders? When I think of over rotation, front shoulder goes past the second baseman on a righty.
