Thought his response to a question was 'interesting' ... "When your stopping at extensionin a palm up/palm down position, the knob of the bat should be pointing back at yourself".
This seems to be one of the few “extension” drills that serve a real purpose.
Also liked that he showed contact on an outside pitch as being in front of or even with the front of the plate. I see the outside pitch frequently demonstrated with the tee placed toward the back of the plate - listened to a recent podcast (KWB?) that had a guest state that after his analysis of contact points (Hanson principle alert!), the contact point for outside pitches was still out in front of the plate. (But still not AS far in front as an inside pitch).
