So is "go" any movement?, such in the clip you posted? Or is there a specific point in Judge clip that you consider go?

As long as it's the right 'movement'.
Notice the rear forearm supination into the upright vee.
Isn't that what TM teaches supination of the forearm and abduction (or is it adduction, I'm might be getting my ...ductions mixed up) of the upper arm?

From my way of thinking that should be occurring into the upright-vee if you wish to 'keep the hands up, and work/throw/release the bat head down' ... it is one smooth continuous flowing move. As Butter wrote, it leads to a nice compact swing.
