Does the transfer of energy result from momentum or something else? A whip doesn't have muscles that can create energy in-between the segments. The whip is pure momentum transfer.
Can you post a GIF?
I know that ultimately you are talking about a batter's swing, but are you also trying to relate it to an actual whip?...Like an Indiana Jones Bull whip?
In between the segments?...
No that's not a baited question...what exactly are you talking about?
Is that the portion of the swing between the leg striding forward and landing, and the hands and bat coming around?
Thanks!
OK, gotcha...that's kinda what I figured
My youngest DD has problems with this right now...
I've been working with her alot on tying her lower half to her upper half.
It's slowing working, but it's taking some time.
Sometimes when she swings the bat, it's literally comical as to how separated her lower half and her top half are.
