I like to have my catchers do "mirror drills". They face each in their crouching position. One leads and blocks, slides or whatever and the other mimics. They each take tearn leading. Then one will throw the ball between legs, left, right, high etc to warmup the other then they switch. They do this to warm each other up, while the pitchers are doing their snap drills etc. Once the pitchers arms are warm, I then use them to really get the catchers warmed up. Just happens to work out well that the pitchers get warmed up to
