I am looking for really "slow motion"/"high frame rate" clip or photo sequence of the moment of release, i.e. the 5 o'clock to 7 o'clock part of the circle.
For most of the clip/sequence I found, that period is tooooo fast for the clip/sequence to capture, so the most important part is skipped...
Is the side of the nail of the middle finger that is next to the index finger suppose to bruise or bleed or something when pitching fastball? Mine would bleed or some "spot of blood" after repeated pitching, the "line of nail growth" on that side is also more curved up because it's kind of...
(I am a young man from a place where baseball and softball is obscure)
So, my whole palm are just 2 "glove-fingers" wide.
I have always wondered how do people fit their fingers into their glove. I mean even though the tips of the fingers can move, they are still attached to the base at the...
Should one actively and intentionally involve the scapula as a part of the radius of the windmill?
Like, to have your shoulder really really shrugged up at 12:00 and really really low at release - as opposed to thinking the shoulder as the origin of the circle.
The usual release point is somewhere near the pivot thigh.
The rule says that elbow and wrist needs to be the same distance from the body.
So, are the following legal?
1. Front toe forward with a really really large stride, so large that your pivot shin is parallel to the ground, so that the...
Here's situation I am facing: the win loss record are tied by several teams, so they have to resolve by runs.
Although my team has the best runs differential, they are following the custom of ISF to only count Runs Against, which we tied with another team.
And then since we lost to that team in...
So uh, the rules of ISF on Tie Resolution when several teams has the same win/loss record,
is to order the teams only by their Runs Against amount.
I don't understand it, because to me the more intuitive way is to count the "total net difference of Runs For - Runs against".
So can anyone tell...
I don't understand the "show it and throw it"
The hand is small compared to the ball, so in many direction the ball can be shown
Which thread should I read to read about show it and throw it?
Also, the search function of this forum is quite strange as it either gives results of too...
the donkey kick towards 1B (which's on the left), balance your rapidly moving arm(on the right)?
looks like a
m
where the left line is the arm, middle line is the front leg, right line is the pivot leg
Btw, let's just say after throwing many fastball, is it correct that the side(the near index finger side) of the nail of the middle finger be bleeding? or should the bleeding happen at like, the top of the nail? in other words, does the middle finger act in a direction towards the origin of the...
