Something we did that was a little different was to create a postcard with DD's picture on the front. We use these as "thank you notes" to send to coaches. Works great, especially at showcases where you may have 10 or more coaches watch your DD in one day. DD would fill them out in the hotel in the evenings and we would mail them the next day. Great way to get your DD's picture back in front of the coaches to help them remember her.
We used VistaPrint to do ours, but I am sure there are others. We also did one with her summer showcase schedule on the back and did a blast email to 100+ coaches. VistaPrint allows you to create a mailing list on Excel and they mailed them for us (for a small fee).

Don't disregard or discount D11 programs. We have seen some with facilities, program commitment and TALENT to compete with and in many cases exceed D1 programs. I feel like the most important thing is school, program and coach fit for the player no matter what division. Just something to consider
