    I realize that girls who want to play in college have to do a lot of the work themselves (reach out to coaches, attend camps, Hudl pages, etc.), but do girls really get discovered at 16U or 18U college exposure tournaments? Any idea what % of girls are "discovered"?

    If a team is batting 10 using DP / FLEX and an AP in USSSA, does the FLEX always have to be in the field on defense or can she sit on the bench for an inning without being substituted out?

    I have 10 girls for a 14U USSSA tournament. If I bat 9, can my SUB run for the pitcher or catcher whenever they get on base (though not for both in the same inning) all game long?

    Any thoughts on guidelines for the maximum number of pitches a 14U girl should throw in a day or a weekend? I don't want to hurt arms or exhaust them. I have had pitchers throw 250 in a day and 350 over two days, is this too much?
