    Runners on 1st and 3rd. no score, 2 outs

    14u and up run a pick off play. 2nd covers steel at 2 and catcher throws hard to short to throw back to the catcher to get your leed runner at home. (Make sure out fielder knows too to back up play) hopefully this is what you are looking for?

    10A/B or 12C

    I abstain But really she would be a primary pitcher with us. I say in the top two because everyone has an off day and she is taking on a new challenge with moving up to a 12 in ball at 40 ft. All of the girls on that team are 11 but 2. Something to consider.

    showcase tournaments Triple Crown Sports host quite a few showcases. You may have to travel a distance to get a really good showcase tournament though. But well worth it!

    advice I work with a lot of pitchers, she has got a lot of potential. She doesn't have a open position in her motion. It should start closed then open (release) and close. Would love to discuss further. Email me your contact info...

    How fast does a first year 10U pitcher throw?

    Amy AZ is right on.. 35 is a good number for a first yr 10u. 40 is seen very frequently in our area for 2nd yr 10u

    I would.... I would at least create an L.L.C. to help protect you. USSSA offers team insurance that should cover your team as well.

    glove size Depending on the size of the player. 12"-13" for a fielding glove.
