Obviously Pattar his legs/knee are stiff, which makes the hips look stiff as well.

I have a much better swing of his to look at, 2 actually, one for the overall good swing that hit on the screws and the other for a great lowerbody.

What swings are better? These two or the one TDS trying to pass off his example. Their not even close to my eye.
Different angles but these are good too..I would take either one.

I don’t see a huge enough difference to say one supports one “theory” while the other(s) support a different one but you guys keep playing Hatfield and McCoys at recess..it’s cute.

You can learn from pictures. You just have to know what your looking at. The cop 👮‍♀️ out of pictures are worthless just shows they don’t know the swing.

Pictures are good for the mantle. Or on a poster. Not when analyzing an athletic action. You can’t possibly know how one is using their body to get to said picture wo more pictures.. which is actually video.

No one is advocating for analysis of movement by only using pics, at the exclusion of video. I found that comparing still frames of multiple hitters at the same point in their sequence provided information that was helpful to me

So when you get too much pressure on the front foot what happens that negatively effects the swing? Lose your coil? Why?

You can create stretch if you are FYB with your foot down but it is going to be “linear” across the body vs “torsional” via coil.

Pattar, good question a few days ago that don't believe was ever answered.
