Power Carbon updates?

I am a less is better type guy when I watch softball games...probably because a lot of the chit chat
just doesn't interest me so I would rather just hear the minimum and enjoy the game.

But, the folks calling the games also try to keep it light for the casual fan so I get it

Most games I watch (football,basketball,baseball,softball) I turn off the volume. I think it stems from my old man hating the national broadcasts of Celtics games in the 80's and putting the radio on so he could here the homer announcers (Johnny Most) instead...

There are 4 of them in our HS dugout... as a team they have 18 HR's... all of which came off a PC....Just sayin

PC is still in her hand and her Ghost is still in the bag. Whacked 3 oppo off the rf fence this weekend. DD is impressed.

I don't know how much more proof is needed that this bat is LEGIT.

Any feedback on the -11's? My DD loves the -11 Demarini's, as they have large barrels and the ball comes off the bat hard. However, they seem to break like tooth picks. How does the PC compare? I hear that the -11 Ghosts and LXTs don't have the same performance as their -10 counterparts.

I'm impressed from what I'm reading on here about the Power Carbon. I'm a huge fan of my yellow Ghost in 34/24 but this Power Carbon sounds like a total beast. I was just getting ready to leave with a travel teammate to hit the batting cages after we had graduation practice because I want to try my new Carbon Candy and get a few swings in with my Ghost. But she wants to try her new Power Carbon and I want to get my hands on it and take a few whacks with it. I'll update with my thoughts when I get back from taking some BP.

DD has Quattro pro drop 10 and has used teammates Demarini CF Zen drop 11. The Power Carbon hits further than the Quattro and feels as light as the Zen. What I like is the difference in sound between the sweet spot and a miss, you can definitely hear it.

My DD hit two one hop line drives over the 200" temporary outfield fence this past weekend, for ground rule doubles with her Xeno. I told her "those would have probably been HR's with a power carbon", she looked at me and said, "I don't care". Then I responded, "Oh yes you DO!!!" And all the response she could come up with is an acknowledging smile.

So funny, she does not want to admit there might be a better bat then her Xeno.
