Rdbass, this young girl looks to be moving within the S-plane as her primary plane of motion which allows for allot of the other things being discussed here and elsewhere to happen naturally IMO..

Say what you want about Dr. Evil but that is the single BEST expert hitting manifesto I've seen. I'm not talking about the specific content, I'll have to wade through that a bit to form a judgment now that he has articulated things that well. And I still don't see how some of his drills really get you to where he is saying. and I don't see how it bridges the video gap between many of those swings and Jeter. But for clarity, description, MLB examples, and his own student examples it is a top notch write up of his philosophy.

Just a little surprised that you didn't know all of this before you had your flair up. None of what he just documented is new to some/many of us. Am I really wasting that much time trying to help cut through his nonsense?
