Focusing on when the front leg lifts and opens, Does any see that as a 'stretch move' across the pelvic area?
Like the tendons and muscles are stretched before.......

It appears that she skips a step, before the pelvic stretch.

When someone like Ortiz moves out, they show back pocket to pitcher, which grabs rear hip coil, Then creates some of the "stretch" you are pointing out.

she just flares.

I see a small rear hip click back-and-around when she lifts her foot. I wonder if that makes the front half of the pelvis look that way. Her pant stripe doesn't open at that moment either.

Ok, in. Your clip reference the dark spot on the front of her left shin.. As she unweights the front foot you can see more of the dark spot. Obviously a result of something happening in the pelvic area, not just a turning of the leg. The rear side is maintaining at that point. clicking???

Your liberal use of question marks seems somewhat condescending.
Do you not see the momentary hip bump (click) in this clip?

Not familiar with a "clicking" hip. Is that your term? And, no, I don't see the rear hip causing this action. No,wait, my father in law had replacement hip surgery. His hip did click years after the surgery. The replacements were defective and hence a hip replacement recall was put out.
Hip bump? (Only 1?mark so's not to offend you) The action I'm referencing happens before the bump.

Ok, now I have it straight. You do see the hip bump after-all, but didn't realize the "click" I was referring to was in reference to the "bump" that you now acknowledge, even though you said the rear side was "maintaining". Furthermore, you are saying that the rear hip has nothing to do with that rotation. Surely though, you know that the pelvis is a fused unit, and you cannot have a left side rotation without the inverse at the right side (see golf image below). Now you are saying that there is a bump, but that it occurs after your black dot turns magically forward, from a force that bypasses the pant stripe. So, to sum it up, according to your analysis, the pelvis does bump around clockwise, but only after the front leg becomes weightless and externally rotates due to "pelvic stretch", and that the rear hip has nothing to do with that little bump. Thank you for setting me straight.
