Not here.
If you pull the knob don't the arms turn the Barrell without manipulation? The thing is that may be manipulated is the release.

I'm new to this so I am just stating what I see in these clips.

Here is a 'knob pull' swing.

Go back to the slo-mo drill in the first post and think of how he is using both hands together to turn the barrel to contact. The action is centered in the hands. What happens with the arms is a reaction to what the hands are doing.

There is a time to pull with the bottom hand. However, the direction is not down the length of the bat, but rather perpendicular to it. As it has been described before..."Rip the handle off the bat".

I was trying to point it before -

the barrel is on the plate side of this body and then moves to the dugout side of his head prior to any movement towards the catcher.

Watch the tip of the barrel - it is actually moving towards the pitcher as it is moving towards the dugout before any movement towards the catcher.

Yeah, that's the 'tip' of the Tip-n-Rip that I think you don't agree with. Correct?

The Barrell tipped is going to move the Barrell backward when the bottom of the bat goes forward, no? His tilt also will make the appearance the bat is moving down.

You have to turn the Barrell to get the knob to the pitcher. I just question if it's done as conciousness effort. If you think rotate your forarms first then how do you direct that to a pitch location or stop it on a fooled pitch?

He's not thinking "rotate the arms first".

If jeter would add tilt and body rotation don't you think his swing would look differently than that gif?

That's actually the only way the barrel can turn to the catcher; don't you think? It has to take an inside path and complete the scap loading cycle.
