I couldn't read this whole thread, just skipped to the end. I found it annoying, page after page of a couple people ripping everyone, and they offered 'ZERO' teaching information other than one drill. It could of turned into an informative thread if it was used for teaching purposes. Don't discredit others ideas, only promote yours. Whether you call it SnF, Coil/Hip, Separation/Hands, Load/Back Hip, or whatever you want to call it, just know that its been around since before you were born.

I do love my hitting brothers and sisters.

A question comes up about pitching, fielding, catching, coaching, college, or even the complex rules..............and it's usually answered in a few pages. But a question on hitting evolves into 30-40 pages and 100's of posts.

I guess I never realized hitting was so hard. But I'm not going to tell my girls that for at least 4 more years.
