On my iPad so this is what i can do right now. My mom saw this picture and asked if we ever tried to look like Pujols. Never at any point did we say, "try to look like this guy." We tried to develop a process, we tried to develop a pattern, we tried to create the best swing characteristics and the best opportunity to be successful.

The picture is 3 frames from contact. Far left is from October 2010. Middle is a couple weeks ago. Chris is in big league camp with the Twins right now. Playing for Italy in the WBC next month.

When you see a hitter's swing naturally produce a flush line drive through the middle, when the swing creates a routine result that isn't forced, yet is completely under control, it is crazy. Bat speed isn't forced. Being sudden isn't something you force.

Lastly, for the record, choosing to leave a website and not providing video after leaving said website was a choice. A choice to move on. If I wanted that person's opinion, I would have sought it by now.

Hmm... One looks one legged while the other 2 appear (looks) to be a match.

Far left was after 6 years of independent ball (and hitting over .300 each year.) Primary swing thoughts were hands/knob to ball and turn back foot. You only know what you know... High ability as a hitter w/significant mechanical limitations.

I am not real CLEAR, but interesting debate. Do you have Chris on youtube? I understand your busy, and you owe nothing to my curiosity to learn unobjectively.

Im sorry,am I missing something here? Since when does anyone teach getting on your back toes? If you break down mlb swings, they all "squish the bug" and hit with their hips. Ive seen too many girls swings where they generate very little power, and raise their eye level by getting too far up on their tippy toes on the back foot. Whip the hip!

I felt a great disturbance in the force, as if hundreds of people sighed simultaneously.

Maybe just a giff of the back foot, showing "the move' (not done done purposley by the foot), this might open the door a crack.
