I am so stinking excited to be headed to Gulf Shores this weekend to watch some D1 softball! Hopefully the weather holds off a little and we get to see some games. My husband is taking his entire 14u team down for the weekend for team bonding. Rented a house and will spend most of the weekend at the fields. I practically begged to chaperone this one.

Hope to see some of your DDs playing this weekend! Anyone else headed down there?

Rain and 35$ entry fee will kill the interest in this event.

$35 is for the whole weekend. Daily is cheaper. Looks like Saturday may be a rain out and we won't be there in time to watch Friday. Thinking I may be stuck in a house with 12 13-14 year olds and two coaches for the weekend.

One day pass is 17$ and looks like they are moving some games to today.

I am so bummed about the whole thing. We can't leave until Friday evening (we have teacher chaperones and girls from two hours away) and were planning to see all of Saturday games and a Sunday game. Now looks like we will be lucky to see one full game. Tournament Director has been super helpful and is going to "make it right". So we shall see. But we purchased 16 weekend passes at $35 a piece to see a ton of games, and now we will be lucky to see one full game.
