Embarrassing things you say to your daughter in games

DD slides into home if you can call it a slide it was more of go down on butt/hip reach with foot while rolling sideways. She popped up coming towards dugout and on deck says that "that was the ugliest slide" DD says "I know". I ask do you know why and she shakes her head no. "There is a minimum speed needed to slide and mom gets closer to than you do".

"Hey kiddo, you wanna see me get thrown out?"

Surprisingly the answer is always "yes!".

1. I used to always say "Don't Suck" when DD went up to the plate to hit. It was my way of saying to go up there with confidence - we are both quite sarcastic human beings.

DD would fit right in with you! One of her favorites is "Good Luck. Don't Suck." We usually say this in private though. LOL

One time DD#1 was headed out of town for a softball game. Not long before, DW got to see DD #1 hit her very first HR.

Anyway, DD#1 was being very annoying. While she was riding the school bus to the game, I called her and told her I would only forgive her if she got a HR.

She did.

Her second and last HR and I missed them both.
