    Throw downs to 3B Fundamentals

    Any tips/fundamentals for right handed catcher throw downs to 3B? Is it better to step up in front of batter or behind? Or does pitch location, batter position in the box, etc effect this? Just looking for an easy effective way to coach this. Thanks.

    ASA rules, is dirt a foreign substance and would rubbing your hand in the dirt and not wiping it off prior to the pitch be considered an illegal pitch?

    Courtesy Runner Disqualification

    ASA If the same courtesy runner runs for the pitcher and the catcher in the same game they can be disqualfied. What does that mean? Does that mean the the courtesy runner won't be able to play in the rest of the game? Will an out be called the next time her spot in the lineup comes to bat?
