Daughter plays on a 12A team. Played only in non Championship ASA and USSSA tournaments over the summer. Can she go back to ASA rec ball in the fall if she quits travel ball?

Yes. The season typically concludes with Nationals. Some teams stay together for fall ball, but most treat it as a new season.

Most teams "reset" after July 31st since most TB teams hold tryouts in August, after Nationals. Also, if your DD never played in an ASA qualifier and was never redlined to a team she should have no problem going to another team or back to REC ball in the Fall.
