    Velocity

    He literally changed everything....introducing a 5 position sequence. Hello elbow was thrown out. Changed her whole pre throw routine, her posture, creating arm whip. Driving gloved hand straight out and rotating glove hand outward, forcing hips to open completely. Way to much to list! Lol

    Progress video how's she doing?

    How about stepping through with right foot and finish in a fielding position....by not doing that she is slightly falling to the right and balls are tailing to the right. In our 5 step positions that our instructor emphasized finishing with feet parallel ready to field.

    Comments/Criticsm Welcomed

    Left arm should come straight out together with right arm. Pitching arm at 12:00 left palm should rotate towards 3rd base, you will a immediate complete opening of the hips.

    After working the power drive the only real benefit is a good weight transfer back. My daughter spun her foot all the time on the powerdrive.

    We use no backswing, unless your tall our PC says it actually slows your arm circle down! Listening to him we've added 5.5 mph in 5 weeks!

    Lesson tonite on the JUGS speed gun 53.5. She popped another one without the gun that may well have been that 54mph! This is a amazing journey....4 years, 5 different instructors to finally find a guy who knows what he's talking about!
