    Usually I just lurk , read and swing a bat to figure things out. Just had a quick question. Does anyone have any video of Gary Sheffield? That guy had the quickest bat and most active hands of anyone I ever seen. Just wondering if he would fit in this thread.

    jbooth That is exactly what my daughter does. Lean back , drop the hands. Any good drills to help correct this. She does pretty good off the tee , but in game situations she leans back. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    Bunting using only one hand?!?!

    We have a slapper on our team that bunts one handed. She is lightening fast. Hear a lot of coaches say " did you see that?" Really deadens the ball when you do it right. But she is moving toward the pitcher when she does it. Holds the bat about in the middle. Never seen a righty do it though.

    Thanks everyone for the great advice. MTS , thanks for the video and front shoulder advice. Straightleg, thanks for the very informative post. Always respect your opinion Still a little unsure of the weight transfer issue , but will keep working and post another video down the road

    Both great observations. Thanks! Been trying to get her to FEEL weight transfer but has been hard going. Still searching board for good drills for this. Maybe medicine ball? Love the front shoulder cue also!
