Wrist question

We usually start with the lock it in drill also, though lately we haven't been as much. I think I want to go back to that. She seems to pitch better when she uses that for warm up.

My DD's school coach thinks she is doing wrist flips because 'she wasn't before' but it is this lock-it-in-drill.

He is so impressed with himself because he 'taught her something'. He told me so.
