List the worst drills that are common around the softball world!
one of our coaches went to a clinic where they was doing the two hand frisbee throw between the hands
and of course any speed or quick hand drills would be bad

As we established in another thread, the Rapid Fire/Quick Hands drill is one of the most deadly.

If you're doing it right, you're ruining your swing.

There's also the issue that there's no way to fake compliance.

The 2 tee drill in which the tees are aligned one in front of the other and the back tee is higher than the front tee and the front tee has the ball on it.
The hitter is supposed to chop down over the back tee (clear it) and hit the ball on the front tee.

Mine is very similar to Tewks. The former HS coach in the district where I coach would put a ball on a tee and make the players take the knob of the bat and knock the ball off the tee. She ruined more hitters that I helped develop in the MS that I can bear to think about. Luckily she is long gone.
