If you want to go all in.....Schutt's Swing Rite Tee is pricey but the best
Just bought the Derek Jeter Skilz? I think tee. Around $40 but my daughter and I love the ability it has to move to any area of the plate without moving the base.
The Schutt is good, but give Muhl Tech a look...

The Tanner Tee looks nice. I think the U.S. Olympic Women's Softball team was using it when we went to one of their warmup games in May 2008.
