My 12 yo typically pitches 50ish was throwing 42-44 her last game. She said it was because
of her warmups. The catcher dictates her warm up and my dd went from her last warm up drill
straight to the catcher having her hit spots. She never threw hard and fast. She said she cannot
alter/increase her game mechanics from her warmups because her snap will be off and the ball will be high. Any suggestion on how to best warmup when given a short window of time? Obviously she needs to dictate her warmups not the catcher.
