Usefull Pitching DVD's

I am looking for some DVD's that my DD can watch that show all of the UP and DOWN pitches. Searching through Utube for drills and pitchers is not working out that well. She does have a pitching coach, but was just looking for some other resources for Drills and proper technique. I found some Dee Dee Wieman and Sue Enquist video series that seem pretty good.

Bill Hillhouse. "Building The House" and "The Road to the Rise". Bill teaches primarily up and down pitches. No sense in throwing a flat ball that doesn't cross planes.

Also, go to FastpitchTV and look up Episodes 89-91. Bill explains a lot of what he teaches and why. It will take you about an hour to watch all 3.

I have Kempf DVD. It is very good and easy to understand. We also have a DVD from Rick and Sara Pauley that we like.
