Georgia Softball, facing elimination, won 3 in a row and advanced on to the Super Regionals for the 6th time in 7 seasons. Hitting .309 as a team, Georgia had a homerun barrage Sunday night beating North Carolina State wolfpack 9-1 and 8-0.
Paige Wilson batting .400 on the season now has 11 homeruns for the season, Tina Iosefa now has 10 homeruns, Anna Swafford 12 homeruns, Alex Hugo 23 homeruns, Geri Ann Glasco has 10 homeruns on .299 batting average and is our 2nd Pitcher, Katie Brown now has 9 homeruns, Kaylee Puailoa has 7 homeruns, Bethany Beggs 5 homeruns, and Maeve McGuire 4 home runs - 91 for the season.
