Plate umpire did not see the ball short hop, but appears all other umpires and runners did. Base umpires must rule based on original call by plate ump, but after getting together it was obvious the ball hit the ground. The only out on the play was the batter/runner at 1st. Other runners were forced to advance and leaving them at 2nd and 3rd was correct call.

There was nothing else really that could be done given what happened the runners did the right thing advancing and were in fact safe on their bases. That is what the pitchers gets for being stupid he knows he did not catch the ball, on the replay you can see him play the short hop...why not just turn the double play he had plenty of time.
