Triple play

Not my kid but my kid's team. We were up 11-6 in the top of the last inning.
Pitcher walks the first two batters. So runners on 1st and 2nd.
Next batter hits a pop up that goes behind the pitcher but she manages to get to it and catch it but meanwhile - girl on 2nd is way off the base so our pitcher runs to 2nd to step on it. But for some reason - girl on first also decided to go to 2nd (bad base running I guess) and our pitcher tags her.
3 outs - game over! Unassisted triple play! Wish we recorded our games.

Unassisted! Thats pretty cool. I think I have seen two triple plays, after both I thought “What just happened”, lol

I thought we had one but forgot about a pop up earlier in the inning but everyone else did too and everyone was going hard so it was still cool. Runners on the corners line drive to right field caught throw to home gets the runner tagging from third. Throw to second gets the runner tagging from first. It would have been a bright spot in a bad loss.
