Too Many Managers..need Jobs

I have too many managers. My school has a program where they try to make sure the students are involved in athletics to be a part of a club. I could see this as annoying or I could take advantage of it.

That being said, what stats could I have my extra managers do while one is doing the book?

One would be pitch selection and result. Have a manager sit where she can see the pitch called by whom ever is calling it. I would think it would be interesting to see stats on that after each game.

Stealing the opposing teams signs. Not something that you should normally put any effort into, but if you have extra bodies looking for something to do, why not?

It occurs to me that these managers may not know anything about softball. Even teaching them to keep score would be a task. They won't know a hit from an error.

Can they help during practice, maybe use the pitching machine to hit balls to the OF or roll ground balls to the IF? Or can they throw soft toss, etc.?

Also can do spray charts for hitters - yours and theirs.
