Home team winning in pool game 9-4, 8 minutes left in game, home team gets up and scores two runs then time runs out. Do those two runs count? Or if inning wasn’t completed so those two runs not count? Like I said, pool game when runs affect seating. USSSA rules

Yes those runs count. Runs affect seeding, lack of runs affect seating.
