We used the Wasserman drills for our HS team for the first time this past Spring. We don't have any good feeder programs so our girls are mostly pure beginners. Without a doubt the Wasserman drills are the very best drills for learning to throw. We saw major improvement by the end of the season. So much better than in years past!
